Model: TS-TCDThis dyeing machine is mainly suitable for dyeing process treatment ( also use as, boilong, blanching abd cleaning etc) under 140 for cotton, wool, hemp, polyester cotton and polyester fibric etc, natural fiber, and reeled yarn cheese of their blend fabric.
Standard Configuration:
1, Material are made of highly corriosion resistant stainless steel 316.
2, Main pump is equipped with inverter can be stepless control flow.
3, Vertical cylinder, equipped with balanced hammer switch cylinder head and manual control cylinder lock, and equipped with safety interlock device.
*Energy conservation, environmental protection,low Liquor ratio 1:2.8-.3.5.
*Process water consumption ≤50 ton/ton cotton yarn,over 65% savings compared with traditional machines.
*Steam consumption ≤3 ton/ton cotton yarn,over 45% savings compared with traditional machines.
